How do I become a member of the pool?
Homes in Hampton Chase are members automatically when dues are paid and the account is in good standing. Associate memberships are available to any households outside of HCRA on the following schedule:
– Until 1 April: Hampton Forest HOA members only
– 1 April – 15 April: All previous year Associate members
– 16 April: Open enrollment
Households wishing to purchase associate memberships need to complete the online application at Access Granted
You will enter the information and provide pictures for their household members and will be able to pay the membership fee online using a credit card or can choose to mail in a check to the address provided. Please note, registrations will not be approved prior to payment being received. Registrations must be approved prior to use of the pool
How do I know if my home is in Hampton Chase?
Per the HCRA’s Declarations, the Hampton Forest addresses in Sections Four through Eleven, are mandatory members of HCRA and are required to pay the HCRA annual assessment fee. If your address is not listed, you are not a member of HCRA, and membership is optional (see question above for instructions on becoming a member).

I just moved in. How do I get pool passes?
Make sure your HCRA membership is set up with Cardinal Management first. After your dues are paid, register every household member online through AccessGranted.
Do all children need a pool pass?
Yes. Children 11 and under need a pass and must be with an adult. Children 12 and older need a pass but may come on their own and may bring guests.
Can my kids bring toys or floats?
Small toys are fine. Large floats and large toys such as water guns are not allowed and may be held by the pool staff.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Guests are $5 per person per day. You must stay at the pool with your guests and are responsible for them.
Can a relative staying with me for the summer be added?
Yes, if they live with you full time. Visitors staying fewer than 14 days cannot be added to your account.
Can I have a party at the pool?
Contact Cardinal Management for rates and available dates.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, on the grassy areas, not on the pool deck. Non-alcoholic drinks only, and no glass containers.
How do I get a resale or refinance package?
Contact Cardinal Management or order one through their online resale disclosure portal.
