Membership, dues & pool passes
Homes in Sections 4–11 of Hampton Forest are members automatically. Neighbors outside those sections can join as associate members.
Sections 4–11
Hampton Chase member
$750 2026 annual assessment
- Required for the 393 homes in the association
- Includes pool passes for your household and clubhouse rental
- Due February 1; a $25 late fee applies after January 31
Optional
Associate member
$750 per season
- For other Hampton Forest sections and nearby households
- Renters may join with landlord approval
- Pool access starts once your application is approved

Returning associate members
Households that were associates last year.

Open enrollment
Any remaining spots are open to everyone.

Pay your dues
Members pay the annual assessment; associates pay when they apply.

Check in at the pool
Once approved, the guards will find you at the front desk.
Paying your assessment
Cardinal Management Group handles billing for the association.
Online or direct debit
Through the resident portal or the Cardinal mobile app.
