Welcome to the HCRA online pool pass registration information page. Here you will find instructions and information on how to obtain an online account. If you have any questions or concerns, please email registration@hcrafairfax.org for further assistance.

Registration requires a two-step approval process.
STEP 1: Please access the online registration system (CLICK HERE) and on the left side of the page under "Not Yet Approved?" please enter the information for the primary homeowner in order to create a master homeowner account. This initial add request will be forwarded to Cardinal Management, who will review your request to be added to the system.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial approval to be processed. Once your homeowner's request is approved, then you will receive an email and/or text message to your cell phone indicating that your request has been approved.
Next, follow step-two below.
STEP 2: After you have received an email or text that your master homeowner account has been approved, please return to the registration page (CLICK HERE) and follow the instruction on the right side of the page under the "Registered Previously or Approved" section. Here, you will enter all the family members of your household and childcare provider (if applicable). The completed registration will be forwarded to Cardinal Management, who will review your request in the system. Please allow 24-48 hours for the approval to be processed.
Picture Days: Once you have completed the above two-step process, you will need to have your pictures taken or uploaded into the system. Please note that children under the age of 16 are required to update their pictures each odd-aged year (i.e. at age 3, then against at age 5…). Also, if the pool staff determines that the current picture in the system is not representative of the individual when they are checking-in, the pool staff may ask the patron to have a new picture taken.
APP: Please download the app (links below) on your mobile device for easy access to check-ins and up-to-date notifications on pool opening and closure (i.e. weather or swim meets). If you are unable to download the app, you are still able to check-in at the lifeguard desk upon arrival by verifying your name and address within the system. Guest passes can be added to your account, by pre-paying with Cardinal Management (please use GUEST PASS INVOICE), or same-day purchase by check or CashApp will still be accepted at the door.
